About 30 runners braved the rain to run in the Thursday night Wine and Chocolate Run at Hyde Park Village.
The run started at 6:30 p.m., just as light rain started to fall. The course covers 5k from FITniche, to Bayshore Boulevard down near Bay to Bay and back.
You may have seen Patch Regional Editor Chris Taylor in a soaking wet green Patch shirt.
Afterwards, runners enjoyed wine from nearby Redneck Wine Company and chocolate from Ashworth Chocolates in Hyde Park Village.
The rain was pretty heavy at times, so we'll only post photos from before the run.
FITniche hosts the run every Thursday evening. Runners can use FITniche as a staring point for any run and leave their keys at the store. Anyone doing so can enter a raffle to win a free pair of shoes. Drawings are held each month.
