Where do all the orange bicycles leaned against South Tampa lampposts and trees come from?

Have you wondered about the orange painted bicycles that have been popping up leaned against trees and light poles all around South Tampa? No, it is not the same bike that keeps moving around or some kind of street art project. It is a marketing strategy for a new fitness center that will launch in the former HoneyBaked Ham store at 115 S.
