Try Your Hand at Rowing Along the Hillsborough River

Have you ever watched crew teams glide effortlessly along the scenic Hillsborough River and yearned to join them? Well, here's your chance.

The Tampa Athletic Club is hosting a weekend row workshop Saturday, March 18 and Sunday, May 19 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the McNeel Boathouse on the campus of the University of Tampa, 401 W. Kennedy Blvd.

The workshop is open to adult men and women, no experience necessary. The cost is $150 for both days and includes expert instruction and free rowing for a month after the workshop to practice techniques learned.
