Community Update

I have been there several times and never had an issue. However, this last time I was there, my shirt was damaged and I was told a lie about it. The establishment lacks integrity. They offered no resolution and basically brushed their hands of it. One seamstress proceeded to tell me that she works for all sorts of famous people including John Travolta and has never had a problem and that my son's boy scout shirt was old and she was doing me a favor. I was quite amazed at her snobby comments. Almost as it was beneath her to sew on a patch for a 9 year old boy's shirt. I was charged $8 to sew on one Boy Scout patch. I guess because you hemmed John Travolta's pants once, that makes you a rock star. When she tried to bad mouth me to her fellow coworker in Spanish, I was able to call her on it because in her ignorance she didn't realize that I spoke Spanish also. The place was completely unprofessional in handling the matter. They damaged a little boy's shirt and took no responsibility for it. I will not trust them with anything else. They won't get one more dollar from me or our friends that are all aware of what happened.
