Water Dept. Launches Survey for Bill Improvements
The Tampa Water Department has created a survey that will allow customers to comment on ways the Department can update its current utility bill.
A new online survey will give customers of Tampa’s Water Department an opportunity to provide input on ways the Department can update the current utility bill. Survey results and comments will be taken into account as the City embarks on revising the current design, which has not been modified in more than 15 years.
The survey is part of an ongoing process by the City of Tampa to provide easy-to-understand utility billing and improve customer service for its account holders. City of Tampa water, wastewater and solid waste customers can participate in the Utility Bill Improvements Survey online at https://www.zoomerang.com/Survey/WEB22CSH6Q37WJ through Sept. 30, 2011.
