City Council Approves Repairs for Davis Islands Pool
The 93-year-old Roy Jenkins swimming pool could reopen early next year.
Four years ago, the Roy Jenkins swimming pool on Davis Islands was temporarily closed. It's been closed ever since. But, that's about to change.
The Tampa City Council on Thursday voted to give a $2.25 million contract to Pillar Construction Group to repair the pool.
