Police Ask for Public's Help Finding Eyeglass Thieves

The incident occurred on Sept. 5, but authorities need the public's help to identify the suspects.

Two men entered the Newsome Eye Clinic in South Tampa a few weeks ago, removing "several pairs" of designer eyeglass frames from the display racks without paying for them. Then, they left the store.

Now, police are looking for the two black men they say came into the store, 3115 W. Swann Avenue, around 2:37 p.m. on Sept. 5, taking Gucci, Cazal and Versace frames.

The men left in a baby blue vehicle.
