Michael Lohan Jumps from Window to Avoid Second Arrest

Michael Lohan is keeping up with his daughter Lindsay Lohan to make headlines.

Just a day after he was granted bail after being charged with domestic battery, Lohan jumped from the third-floor of the Tahitian Inn to avoid a second arrest early this morning, according to TBO.com. 

The fifty-one-year-old man was originally arrested on Tuesday after being accused of beating up his girlfriend Kate Major. On Wednesday, a judge ordered Lohan to have no contact with Major, TBO.com reports.

But early this morning, Major complained to police that Lohan was harassing her with phone calls.

When police arrived at the hotel at 601 S. Dale Mabry Hwy. where Lohan was staying, he jumped from the window and hurt his foot to avoid arrest.
