Community Update

Do not choose this place. I moved in two years ago and I loved it, but since the property managers switched everything went down hill. The property was not maintained, the tiles in my hallway were cracked, the grass was dead everywhere including the dog walk areas, the hallways were smeared in dog poop that was never cleaned. Parking is awful, my roommate had her brand new vehicle towed AS A RESIDENT. We called maintenance to come in and fix some things including the drains which were backed up in the shower and he was so rude he told us we shouldn't wash our hair so much and we wouldn't need maintenance anymore. The apartment was constantly infested with ants and when I was told pest control was contacted it never helped. I found sugar ants crawling in the keyboard of my $2000 mac laptop on several occasions. The property manager Alex is rude and unhelpful. He refused to give me the number of his supervisor when he could not get things done for us. The icing on the cake was one week before we moved out I came home to find that my dog was completely missing out of the apartment, but the doors were locked and windows were closed. They refused to admit that there was illegal, unauthorized entry into my home which led to my dog roaming the streets, being rescued by another resident and not coming home for over 24 hours. When I contacted Alex about the issue he would not assume any responsibility, told me he needed to listen to his messages before he could help me and then told me that I should be happy that he helped me find my dog. This place is a joke and disgusting and poorly managed. The price is great and enticing for the area, but you certainly get what you pay for. You've been warned.
