Southern Living Home Highlights the Best in Outdoor Living
It’s December in Tampa, and we have sunny weather with highs in the 70s. This time of year is why we all love living in Tampa and why we feel obligated to call, text, and post on social media how great we have it compared to our friends up north. This is also why the 2014 Southern Living Showcase Home will emphasize outdoor living. From the pool, to the cabana, to the outdoor kitchen, to the new dock, to the unique water features, the Showcase Home will display outdoor living - Tampa style.
Natural Springs Pools is a Title Partner at the Showcase Home. They have designed a remarkable pool and spa that includes great water features along with wonderful landscape planters. The pool is also using some of the latest technologies in pool sanitation, like an ozone generator to ensure safe, clean water with a lot less fuss and maintenance.

Waterline Construction is another Showcase partner. They are instrumental in working with one of our national sponsor, Trex, on the new dock for the Showcase Home. The new composite decking is beautiful and very long lasting. The dock design with an upper and lower level will also make it easy to launch smaller watercraft like kayaks and canoes.

The Southern Living Showcase Home, designed and built by Tampa builder, Javic Homes, will have approximately 5,000 square feet of living space. It will be open Thursday through Sunday from 10am to 4pm from March 27th through May 4th.
