Along with our new website, we have also created a mobile site which will make it easier for customers to view our site right from their smartphones. Recent research has shown that home buyers are going mobile, with as much as 46 percent describing a smartphone as being “essential” to their home search. About 85 percent of non-mobile users are changing ways and said they would incorporate a smartphone into their next new home search.
Our new mobile site will offer customers the opportunity to communicate with us via their smartphones, as well as supply potential customers with a helpful tool for researching Tampa home builders. We are most excited about this new mobile tool because it works great for viewing our current and available homes, as well as locating each property on MapQuest. Be on the look out for additional features to our mobile site.
Smartphones have become an essential part of everyday life, and we are excited to offer this new technology to our customers. Since the release of our phone friendly site, we have noticed a positive amount of mobile traffic, with about 90 percent of viewers visiting from an iPhone or iPad.
