I just read a testimonial about this lawyer, and thought I should throw in my story. My brother in poor health, who lived in Illinois and had considerable assets and property, was showing signs of dementia. My brother's caretakers were actually taking advantage of him and taking his money. The caretakers attempted to have the Court appoint themselves as guardians over his money and property and had him put in a home, which he never wanted. I lived in Florida and felt helpless. I consulted with Mr. Clark in Tampa about my problems. He could have shuffled me off to some other lawyer out of state, but this kind lawyer took my case, and like a knight in shining armor, flew up to Chicago and stayed at his own expense, and attended the hearings of my brother, undoing what the caretakers were trying to get away with. He created documents in his hotel room and met with my brother, had doctors confirm his cognitive abilities and orchestrated a complete transfer through a Chicago Land Trust of real properties, bank accounts and other property. He works with such dignity and grace, you would think he does it like magic. My dear brother was so happy that I sent in the Calvary to help him. He passed away shortly after that, and Mr. Clark graciously flew back to Chicago with me and my wife and handled the funeral home and funeral arrangements for us- we were lost without him! He even personally supervised the liquidation and sale of the real estate and personal property in Illinois, keeping all of it out of probate. As a result of this lawyer's extraordinary efforts we saved my brother's assets which have all gone to help our grandson through college and give us a good life. I want to say thank you Mr. Clark. You are our hero!!
