Cooking Classes at Reservations
Chef Anthony's approach is to offer hands-on, single session classes, each with a theme. You will learn specific dishes in each class but also the general concepts associated with this preparation that would enable you to apply this knowledge to other dishes. Choose from either our Saturday or Monday class schedule. This series runs through July with different classes each week. Please see scheduled dates on our website.
Theme: Soups & Salads -
In addition to the general techniques of making
Roux and Mirapoix, we will make Tomato Basil Soup, Caesar Salad and Chicken
Picatta Salad.
