Cooking Classes at Reservations

Chef Anthony's approach is to offer
hands-on, single session classes, each with a theme. You will learn specific
dishes in each class but also the general concepts associated with this
preparation that would enable you to apply this knowledge to other dishes.
Choose from either our Saturday or Monday class schedule.

You will learn variations
on the sauce, protein, carbohydrate and vegetable so that you can build
additional meals using the same techniques. We will make Champagne Chicken,
Creamy Parmesan Polenta and Grilled Asparagus.
