Second Line Cafe Closes Its Doors

The cafe was located at 301 W. Platt.

If you were a fan of Second Line Cafe, you may have to find another place grab iced coffee and wraps.

The 4,800 square foot cafe that served New Orleans-style cuisine was located at 301 W. Platt Street in South Tampa.

A man's voice on a recording on the answering machine Monday said, "Unfortunately, we have closed this location. We are currently seeking investor and location opportunities."

A sign on the door posted by owner Louis F. Robert Jr. read, "With deep heartfelt sadness we regret to inform our customers that NOLA's Second Line Cafe has closed. It has been my pleasure to serve so many great individuals and families over the last nine years and hope to perpetuate the concept in the future. I am currently seeking investors and opportunities to do so."
