Reader's Spotlight: Harbour Island Waterfront Art Fest

Art lovers can peruse oil and watercolor paintings, jewelry, pottery, photography and other fine arts at the Harbour Island Waterfront Art Fest.

The festival is held the last Sunday of the month at 700 Post Harbour Dr., Tampa, between Amore and Cafe DuFrain. The next fest will take place Feb. 24 from noon to 5 p.m.
