'Cocktails & Couture' Fashion Show Features Hyde Park Businesses

The event is on Sunday, Sept. 15 as part of Tampa Bay Fashion Week.

Hyde Park Village has announced its participation in the second annual Cocktails & Couture fashion event presented by Kevin.Murphy and The Ritz Ybor on Sunday, Sept. 15 as part of Fashion Week Tampa Bay.  Proceeds from the event benefit the Pediatric Cancer Foundation.

Cocktails & Couture will feature a couture fashion show spotlighting Hyde Park Village boutiques, including Albisia’s Jewelry, Betty, Brooks Brothers, Don Me Now Styling & Clothing Lounge, FITniche, Francesca’s Collections, High Cotton Living, Lululemon Athletica, Navy, The Pink Petticoat and The Poppy Boutique. 

Danielle McFarland, owner of Don Me Now Styling & Clothing Lounge, is leading the fashion and style efforts on behalf of Hyde Park Village.  McFarland has been styling for the runway, photo shoots and TV for over four years, most recently as stylist for Rays on the Runway and Christian Fashion Week.

“The looks for Cocktails & Couture will represent today's current fall trends, local designers and fashion-forward looks,” said McFarland. "I've worked diligently to pull looks and align models to walk the runway, ensuring each represents the Village and the brand of each shop perfectly.”  

The event is open to the general public, ages 18 and up.  Doors open at 7 p.m. General Admission tickets are $10 (advance) and $15 (day of show).  VIP Runway Seating tickets are $25.  Tickets are available for purchase at www.theritzybor.com
