  • Kotler Art Gallery After Hours Art Reception at 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 7.

The public is welcome to the Kotler Art Gallery exhibit opening for artist, Joanne Osborn, with refreshments and music from 3-5pm. Her artwork is on view now through July 31.

Get ready to laugh hysterically and be entertained through juggling, unicycling and other fantastic circus activities.

  • Celebrating Tampa's History: A Look Back with Sam Gibbons and John F. Germany at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 14.

Join Congressman Sam Gibbons and Mr. John F. Germany for a conversation about the history of Tampa during their years of public service.

  • Night Capers at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 17.

Superheroes, unite! Grab a cape and mask to save the day as a heroic crime fighter through stories, activities and games.

  • Between the Covers: Florida Ghosts at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 18.

Join paranormal investigator Terry Fisk as he discusses some of the haunted Florida locations he has personally investigated. Fisk will share case histories, eyewitness accounts, ghost lore and photos. Fisk will also discuss his confrontations with the famous skeptic and ghost debunker James Randi, and talk about his investigations with world-renowned psychic medium Allison DuBois (the inspiration for the hit TV series Medium) and psychic medium Chip Coffey (from TV’s Paranormal State and Psychic Kids).

  • Independent Film Series for Teens at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 24.

Award-winning Florida filmmaker, Banks Helfrich, presents original comedies, experimental shorts, feature previews and documentaries.  Following the screening, Banks discusses how to make films for today'’s audiences from Youtube to film festivals.

  • Between the Covers: Astronomy Misconceptions at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, July 25.

Astronomy enthusiast Craig MacDougal will debunk six astronomy misconceptions. He will also lead a brief discussion on planets, moons, and stars.

  • Storytelling with Windell Campbell at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 26.

Experience the art of puppetry with Windell Campell to discover an imaginative world of animal tales, fairytales and folktales.

  • Silly Sam The Music Man at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 28.

Silly Sam gets kids dancing, singing, and playing music in this interactive music and magic show.

  • Game Zone at 5:30 p.m. on July 17 and 31.

Get in the zone and join friends for gaming fun with games such as Smash Brothers Brawl, Mario Kart, John Madden and more. Food and drinks will be provided.
