Chillounge Night Comes to Downtown This Weekend

The third annual Chillounge Night will take place at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park on Saturday, April 14.

“It's a night of beauty and a special atmosphere as we provide chic furnishings throughout the venue, provide an excellent and varied evening of entertainment along with fine food and beverages,” said Chilllounge Night founder Rainer Scheer. “Combining music, fashion, dance and fireworks on a beautiful evening outdoors always creates a special night.”

At its third year in Tampa, Chillounge Night events have taken place in Orlando, St. Petersburg, West Palm Beach, and Sarasota over the years.

“Chillounge Night becomes a premier annual social event in the communities where we produce it,” said Scheer, who lives on Anna Maria Island. “People get a chance to be seen with friends, with the 'movers and shakers' in the community, all in a secure, fun-filled atmosphere.”

Expect a night filled with delicious food, refreshing cocktails, sexy dancers, live musical entertainment, a fashion show, and a fireworks display at the downtown park at 600 N. Ashley Dr.

General admission tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. VIP tickets are $95 per person. Must be 21 and over to attend the event. Doors open at 6 p.m.
