Engage Behavioral Health Grows Team and Expands Services
Engage Behavioral Health is proud to announce the addition of Dr. Brittany Zern, Psy.D., BCBA-D, to its team of dedicated professionals. As a clinical supervisor and licensed psychologist, Dr. Zern brings to Engage Behavioral Health her extensive experience as a board certified behavior analyst, as well as the ability to provide diagnostic evaluations for a growing population of children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Prior to joining Engage Behavioral Health, Dr. Zern completed her postdoctoral residency at Family Psychology Associates in Safety Harbor, Fla. and an internship with the Dan Marino Center at Miami Children’s Hospital. She specializes in assessment and treatment of developmental and behavioral disorders in children and adolescents, including Autism Spectrum Disorders, Anxiety, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Tourette syndrome and feeding disorders.

Dr. Zern is also experienced in applied behavior analysis and has extensive experience in providing therapy in a variety of settings (home, school and/or day care) in order to generalize skills to the natural environment.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates that one in 88 children born in the U.S. will be born with some form of Autism Spectrum Disorder, making it the fastest-growing serious developmental disability in the country. Since its founding in 2008, Engage Behavioral Health has grown its team by 55 staff members to meet the growing need in the Tampa Bay area.
