Tai Chi with Bonnie Birdsall
Tai chi reduces stress and increases stamina, flexibility and alertness. Instructor Bonnie Birdsall modifies each movement to fit each student's needs, so no movement is too difficult or strenuous. Please wear athletic or comfortable clothing.
