10am: "History of Food in Tampa" This panel discussion features moderator Tom Shereberger, University of South Florida-St. Petersburg Campus and former food writer for the St. Petersburg Times; USF scholar and historian Gary Mormino; E.J. Salcines, Senior Judge, U.S. District Court of Appeal; Yoli Capin, Tampa City Council; Michelle and Robert Faedo, Tampa food truck owners; Andrew Huse, USF librarian and historian.
1:30pm: Living in America: 100 Years of Ybor
Film director Gayla Jamison of Atlanta screens and hosts a panel discussion of her documentary. Panel members: Moderator Dr. Susan Greenbaum, professor emerita of Anthropology at University of South Florida; Judith Villavisanis, an artist born in Ybor City and a subject in the film; Don Barco, owner of King Corona Cigar Bar; Joe Howden, an artist and tour guide for Ybor City.
3:30pm: "I Am a Cuban Sandwich"
A one-man play written and directed by Richard and Mary Ellen DiPietra and acted by Richard DiPietra.
