Whose Pie? Your Pie!
Your Pie offers 10-inch pizzas with a variety of doughs, sauces, cheeses and toppings to allow you to create your own pie or “express your inner pizza.”
Your Pie is a brick oven pizza restaurant that opened its doors two months ago in South Tampa.
The business, located at 2219 S Dale Mabry Hwy., across from Plant High School, offers 10-inch pizzas with a variety of doughs, sauces, cheeses and toppings to allow folks to create their own pie or “express (their) inner pizza.”
“We are excited to introduce this new concept to the South Tampa community,” said Myron Carlton, general manager of Your Pie. “We feel strongly that there is a real need for a family-friendly place that offers delicious brick oven pizzas at an affordable price.”
Your Pie offers different options for the health-conscious individual, such as dairy-free and gluten-free dough, and a calorie counter is provided online on its Web site.
Paninis are also on the menu with options such as Pesto Turkey, Meatball and Buffalo Chicken. Salads include Spinach Gorgonzola, Caesar and Caprese.
If you have a sweet tooth, finish your meal with a fat-free (and guilt-free) gelato.
The pizza restaurant provides free Wi-Fi, so bring your laptop and enjoy a glass of wine or beer. Draft beer selection ranges from the local Florida Avenue brew to Bud Light.
Families can take a break from their kids, while still keeping an eye on them. Most likely, children will be entertained by the Coca-Cola Freestyle, a touch screen soda fountain that offers 120 different custom flavor drinks.
On Monday nights, kids under 12 eat for free. Each adult who orders a pie and a beverage will also receive a kid’s meal, which includes a small cheese or pepperoni pizza, a small gelato and a small fountain drink, according to Carlton.
Your Pie is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
Your Pie is a brick oven pizza franchise based in Athens, GA. The South Tampa location is the first one that opened in Florida on Sept. 12. Another location opened in Tallahassee on Nov. 11.
