Tropical Storm Debby has packed enough rain and wind to cause some damage to the Tampa Bay area, so Patch hit the street to see where her impact has been felt the most.
Residents near Bayshore Boulevard are dealing with road closures and flooding, while on Davis Islands, a rare sight is occuring, as the storm crashes waves on to its rock and sea walls.
The weather is almost an attraction for some, as spectators gathered at Bayshore and Rome Avenue earlier Monday to watch as the splashing waves tower over the wall into the already flooded streets.
