Missing Teen Home Safe With Family on Thanksgiving Day
Tampa Police report that Plant High School student William "Dean" Damon, 16, has been found and is "home safe" with his family.
A Plant High School student has been reported home and safe with his family Thanksgiving Day.
According to a Tampa Police Department report, William “Dean” Damon, 16, was staying in Orlando with a friend, who “called police after seeing news coverage” about the missing teen.
“Dean called home and his parents picked him up this afternoon,” according to a Nov. 24 police report.

A Florida Missing Child Alert had been issued for the teen, who was last seen in Winter Park and believed to have been on his way to Tampa.
