The City of Tampa Parks and Recreation Department is currently seeking swimmers who want to become lifeguards.
If you are 15 years or older and looking for a great summer job or a challenging career that's in demand, the City of Tampa Parks and Recreation Department Red Cross Lifeguard Training Program is the place to start.
Lifeguards are responsible of enforcing safety rules and providing appropriate supervision for the pool area, and ensuring a safe environment in and around the pool area.
Lifeguard training classes are available through the City of Tampa Parks and Recreation.
