The Tampa Regional Artists scuplture class helps aspiring artists to express themselves through molding and shaping clay.

Unlike traditional art classes, students at Tampa Regional Artists scuplture class are encouraged to choose their own subjects of what they want to create.

"Whatever idea they have in their mind, they can do and I help," said Candace Knapp, the instructor for the sculpture class at the Tampa Regional Artists.

The classes are held every Thursday at Tampa Regional Artists, 705 W. Swann Avenue, from 9:30 a.m. to noon, and costs $8. Students have to bring their own clay to work with.
