Arnstein & Lehr hires new associate attorney

TAMPA, Fla. (June 27, 2012) -- The Tampa office of Arnstein & Lehr is pleased to announce the hiring of new associate attorney Yolyvee Y. Rivera. She is working primarily with the firm’s litigation practice group, dealing with virtually all types of commercial litigation.

Coming most recently from the Miami office of Richman Greer, Rivera has experience in foreclosure litigation and commercial litigation with an emphasis on business torts, contractual disputes and employment matters. She has represented clients in commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts.

Rivera received her J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law, graduating cum laude. While at the School of Law, she served as senior articles editor for the St. Thomas Law Review. Rivera also served as an intern for Justice Harry Lee Anstead with the Florida Supreme Court.
